He graduated from Francisco Marroquín University in 2005 and holds a Postgraduate degree in International Trade, a Master’s in Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration of International Trade, an MBA, a Master’s in Finance, and has completed coursework towards a Doctorate in Tax Law and Commercial Law. He is a member of the Guatemalan Bar Association and an Honorary Member of the National Bar Association of Panama. He has served as Consul and First Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Guatemala in Panama and has participated in various international missions for the Organization of American States (OAS).
His practice has primarily focused on corporate law, covering commercial, civil, tax, and international issues, as well as family businesses. He also advises multinational entities in industries such as beverages, food, and technology.
He actively advises and collaborates with international entities, including embassies, consulates, and trade representations from other countries accredited in the Republic of Guatemala.
He has experience in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, as well as mediation, aiming to find amicable solutions for conflict resolution.
